For maximum flexibility, we have a contactless self check-in process. Also, during your stay, we are available 24 hours a day via our exclusive mobile contact number for inhouse guests.

Otherwise, Reception desk is usually open

9am-12noon and by phone after that for general enquiries. Our new shopfront also acts as Reception for our guests - located conveniently at 7 Katoomba Street, Katoomba, one minute from the train station! Click here for current shop hours.
