Enjoy the whole No.14 Lovel St guesthouse exclusively for your group—perfect for family, friends, business retreats, or special interest getaways. Full-house bookings are popular year-round, especially on weekends and during events, so we recommend reserving early. Book directly on our website—check your dates here. ​​

  • Sleeping up to 28 people in 20 beds across 11 rooms.  .There's a full floor plan in the sample (subject to change) full house rental agreement - click here to download

  • Large share bathroom with individual units (4 toilets, 3 showers - one over bathtub). Room 5 has its own shower/toilet ensuite. 

  • Fully equipped kitchen with huge fridge/freezer, 3 stovetops, oven, and microwave for self catering. ​

  • Wraparound verandah and deck with outdoor dining and lounges. 

  • Main lounge / dining area has a gas fireplace, corner lounge with large coffee table ('kids' table?) and 10 seat dining table. Outdoor dining table/chairs may be brought in if required.

  • Second lounge (aka library) has cosy corner lounge, lots of books, magazines, games, and jigsaw puzzles.

  • Free WiFi

  • Mac in library

  • Projector screen (available on request)

  • Gas central heating

  • Fans for summer (no air con). Please note that the upstairs rooms do get warmer than downstairs on hot days. 

  • All bedlinen and towels are supplied.

  • Instant coffee, teabags, sugar, UHT milk (full/skim/soy), breakfast cereals, cooking oil, salt/pepper, cling wrap/foil

  • Less than 10min walk to Katoomba railway station, shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars.

  • Unrestricted free street parking.

  • Portable ramps for wheelchair access can be arranged. This doesn't make the house fully accessible. Please click here for more information.

What You May Like to Bring

  • We do not have TVs, DVDs etc, or a music system. You may BYO. You'll only need a small speaker!

  • AV equipment for presentations.

Pricing​

​

Full house private rentals start at $1,200 for the entire house, sleeping up to 20-28 people (ie from just $42 per person per night!).

You can see prices for you dates by entering your dates and checking availability on our booking page. Two-night minimum for Friday / Saturday nights. We sometimes consider a single night, but preference is given to two-night bookings.

Long weekends are 2-3 night minimum.

How to Book​

You may now book full-house private rentals directly on our website! We will then contact you with a rental agreement. Your booking is locked in as soon as we receive the deposit.

​

If you have an Australian Seniors Card , APOD card or International Teachers Identity Card, you can get 10% off full house private rentals!. Send us a copy of your card when you book.
